Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Availability
- While we strive to deliver uninterrupted post‑deal operations and payout automation services to brokerages and agent-based businesses, occasional service interruptions may occur due to technical issues or maintenance.
- We maintain a dedicated support team ready to assist with any questions or concerns.
- RightAlly reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate services including the website when necessary, such as for system maintenance, security updates, technical issues, legal or regulatory compliance, or other business needs. We will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice of significant changes or interruptions whenever possible.
- Issues such as DNS propagation delays or server migration may take up to 48 hours to resolve.
Your Obligations & Conduct
By using RightAlly, you agree to:
- Use our services only for lawful, authorized business purposes (real estate, insurance, agent-based commissions).
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; you are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
- Not resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform in any way that could impair its operation or violate third-party rights.
- Provide accurate contact and business information, and promptly notify us of any changes.
Intellectual Property
All content including text, graphics, software, logos, and interfaces on RightAlly is the property of RightAlly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Use of such content beyond the scope permitted by these Terms requires our prior written consent.
Payments, Renewals & Suspension
- Services are billed as per your subscription plan or agreement. Fees and renewal terms may change over time.
- If payment is overdue, we reserve the right to suspend your access until the balance is cleared.
- Continued access or use after being informed of changes to billing constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Given the nature of our services, which involve labor and customization, payments are generally non-refundable.
- In the event of service failure on our end, we will work toward a fair resolution, which may include proration or service credits at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RightAlly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services (e.g., lost commissions, business interruptions, data loss), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination of Service
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
- Upon termination, your access will cease. Any data you uploaded may be retained or deleted as per our privacy and retention policies.
Third-Party Links & Integrations
RightAlly may include links to third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics tools). We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content or practices. Please review the policies of these services independently.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and Florida, United States, depending on your region of engagement:
- For users governed by our Indian operations, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
- For U.S. users engaging via our Miami, Florida office, disputes are subject to the courts in Miami, Florida.
Despite jurisdiction, RightAlly remains compliant with international standards including GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California, USA) for data protection.
Changes to These Terms
RightAlly may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be published on our website. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RightAlly including its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the services or breach of these Terms.
Force Majeure
RightAlly is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or disruption of Internet services.

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Service Level Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and RightAlly, superseding any other prior understandings or agreements.
